Dr. Abelson also believes in practicing what he preaches. For the last 30 years he has been a marathon runner and triathlete. He has a firm belief in living a holistic life style, but he also believes that life is meant to be lived, and not wasted. Dr. Mylonas received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) in 2001 and has had the privilege of treating patients in Canada as well as internationally. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, whether it’s the amateur sport enthusiast or professional athlete, and treating musculoskeletal conditions ranging from acute injuries to enhancing sport performance.
Dr. Mylonas combines multiple soft-tissue and joint manipulative therapies with specific exercises to effectively treat and help resolve his patient’s conditions.
Outside of Kinetic Health, Dr. Mylonas enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, as well as, pursuing an active lifestyle.

Our Registered Massage Therapist, Trisha, graduated from Makami College in 2017. Trisha has a background in cupping therapy, performing orthopaedic assessments to narrow down causes of pain and injuries, sports and therapeutic massage, prenatal massage and she’s certified in treating TMJ disorders.
Over the years, Trisha continues to refine her skills in the field of Massage Therapy and commonly works with relieving symptoms of musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as tendinitis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and myofacial pain syndromes that are correlated to muscle stiffness.
Along with muscular disorders, Trisha understands the mental toll that pain may cause to her clients and she is dedicated to bring both to balance through her treatments.
Trisha believes in the powerful ability of the human body to heal itself through proper care and consistency and is on her way to become a Doctor of Acupuncture in 2024 to better serve her clients in the near future.
Chantel has always had a passion for helping people which lead her to the wellness industry in 2009 when she became a personal fitness trainer. After years of working in the fitness industry and taking time off to travel, she decided to take her wellness career a step further and enrolled in the 2200 hour diploma program at Alberta College of Massage Therapy. She graduated with honors in 2016 and has enjoyed using her knowledge and skills to help people ever since.
Chantel prides herself on her ability to listen to a client's specific needs. She likes to use a variety of therapeutic, deep tissue and kinetic massage techniques to ensure the most effective treatment. Chantel is also trained in myofascial cupping, Indian head massage, Indian foot massage and natural face-lift massage.
Chantel is a nature and animal lover and enjoys spending her free time with her dogs outdoors or travelling the world.
